Planning dates for Halloween? Here are the best Halloween date ideas in Singapore for couples in 2026, from haunted houses and ghost tours to candlelit concerts and cosy nights in.
Search for Halloween in Singapore and you’ll mostly find trick-or-treating routes and kid-friendly carnivals. Great if you’re planning for the little ones, less useful if you just want a date night where one of you screams and the other pretends not to. So we’ve done the digging for couples instead. Whether you’re the type to march straight into a haunted house or would rather get your chills from a string quartet playing horror film themes, there’s something here for every level of brave. Here are six Halloween date ideas in Singapore worth booking this October.

1. Halloween Horror Nights 14 at Universal Studios Singapore

Credits: Universal Studios Singapore
Of course we have to start here. Halloween Horror Nights 14 takes over Universal Studios Singapore for 18 select nights, and this year leans hard into local horror.
There are four new haunted houses: Karang Guni: The Cursed Collection, a shop full of cursed trinkets you really shouldn’t touch; Singapore’s Most Haunted: ON AIR, a sealed studio replaying the island’s darkest hauntings; Chatterbox Charlie’s Vaudeville Horrors, starring a twisted ventriloquist and his sinister puppet; and Made in Hell: XL Robotics, a robotics facility where the pursuit of immortality has gone very wrong. Two scare zones, The Raveyard (a neon-drenched rave for the undead) and Necropolis: The Serpent’s Crossroads (an Egyptian-inspired underworld), keep you on edge between houses.
For couples, the one to look at is the Frights for Two bundle from $250. It covers two admission tickets, early access to two of the haunted houses from 6pm (a preview without scare actors), rides from 5pm and $50 in USS dining and retail vouchers.
If you want to skip the long queues, go on a non-peak night (25 and 26 Sep, or 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 15 and 16 Oct) and consider an Express Pass. Costume masks aren’t allowed, and HHN isn’t recommended for anyone under 13, so this one is strictly a grown-up date. Want a drink first to calm the nerves? RWS’s Festival of Thrills also has an Unlimited Drinks Pass at Horatio for guests aged 18 and above.
- Date: 25 Sep – 1 Nov 2026 (18 select nights)
- Opening hours: 7.30pm – 12.30am
- Address: Universal Studios Singapore, 8 Sentosa Gateway, Resorts World Sentosa
- Price: From $68 (non-peak) | $78 (peak) | Frights for Two from $250 | Express Pass from $89
2. Candlelight: A Haunted Evening of Halloween Classics

Credits: Fever
Not a haunted house person? This is the Halloween date for you. Candlelight: A Haunted Evening of Halloween Classics has the Vocalise String Quartet playing spooky classics like Danse Macabre and In the Hall of the Mountain King alongside horror film and TV themes from Psycho, Halloween and Stranger Things, all under the glow of hundreds of candles. It’s held at The Arts House, Singapore’s old parliament building, so the setting does half the work. The concert runs about 65 minutes, which leaves plenty of time for a late dinner along the river after.
There is only one show, on the Friday of Halloween weekend, so book early if you want seats in the better zones.
- Date: 30 Oct 2026
- Opening hours: 7pm (doors open 30 minutes before)
- Address: The Arts House, 1 Old Parliament Lane, Singapore 179429
- Price: From $43 (Zone D) to $88.50 (Zone A)
3. Walk With Ghosts: Old Changi Tour

Credits: Klook
For couples who want real stories rather than jump scares, a night walk around Changi is hard to beat. Walk With Ghosts: Old Changi Tour is run by Eugene Tay, the storyteller behind Supernatural Confessions, and takes you through the grounds of the infamous Former Changi Hospital with plenty of local folklore and first-hand ghost encounters along the way. It’s rated 4.7 stars on Klook, and the tour ends at The Coastal Settlement, so you can wind down over drinks and compare who was more scared.
Tours need a minimum of six participants to run, so book early for October weekends. Singaporeans aged 18 and above can also use their SG Culture Pass credits for this one.
- Date: Selected dates (check Klook for availability)
- Opening hours: 7.30pm – 10pm
- Address: Meet at Changi Point Ferry Terminal, 51 Lorong Bekukong, Singapore 499172
- Price: $98 per person
4. Haw Ror Villa 5! at Haw Par Villa

Credits: Hell’s Museum
Prefer your scares with a local flavour? Haw Ror Villa 5! Back From the Dead returns to Haw Par Villa for a fifth year, with Hell’s Museum once again turning the park into an Asian take on Halloween built around the Ten Courts of Hell and the sins that land you there. The story picks up a year after Haw Ror Villa 4 and plays out across four zones: a performance tour through Sin City, an interactive puzzle hunt inside Hell’s Museum, a pitch-dark haunted labyrinth, and a final showdown at the back of the park.
It’s a good pick for couples who would rather solve their way out together than just run screaming. Singaporeans aged 18 and above can also use their SG Culture Pass credits on tickets, and Haw Par Villa MRT station is right outside.
- Date: Selected nights, 8 Oct – 15 Nov 2026
- Opening hours: 6.30pm – 12am
- Address: Haw Par Villa, 262 Pasir Panjang Road, Singapore 118628
- Price: $55 (adult) | $40 (child)
5. A horror escape room double date

Credits: INMERS
Horror escape rooms need a few more bodies, so rope in another couple and make it a double date. INMERS is the one TikTok keeps calling the scariest in Singapore. Its horror room The Medium draws on Thai-Myanmar folklore and uses live actors across a 90-minute game, for groups of four to eight. Prefer something in town? Trapped at The Centrepoint has The Cursed Video Tape, a thriller room with a live NPC encounter, for three to ten players.
- Date: Daily, by booking
- Opening hours: Varies by outlet, check booking pages
- Address: INMERS City Square, 180 Kitchener Road, #05-04 | Trapped, The Centrepoint, 176 Orchard Road
- Price: Varies by room and group size, check booking pages for rates
