Bottega di Carna at Mondrian Singapore Duxton

For those of you who appreciate fine Italian dining with a romantic edge, Bottega di Carna’s five-course NYE set menu is a serious contender. This is the Singapore outpost of legendary Tuscan butcher Dario Cecchini, and they’re bringing proper Italian flair to your countdown dinner.
The menu opens with Scampi, featuring langoustine crowned with Oscietra caviar and a delicate tomato consommé jelly. From there, you’ll move through Supplì al Telefono (those gloriously stretchy Roman rice croquettes with scamorza cheese) before arriving at Risoni All’Astice, a lobster-laden pasta course swimming in seafood broth.
For mains, take your pick between Branzino (European sea bass with romanesco and blue mussel) or Filleto di Manzo, a wagyu beef striploin with truffle jus that practically melts in your mouth. The evening wraps up with Delizia del Frutteto Dorato, a salted caramel mousse paired with passion fruit curd and verbena gelée. Mama mia.
- Price: $128++ per person (+$44 for wine pairing)
- Date: 31 December 2025
- Location: Mondrian Singapore Duxton, 16A Duxton Hill, Singapore 089970
Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak

Quite a few people forget Mount Faber exists until someone suggests going for a cable car ride. Their loss, really. Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak has quietly become one of the more romantic dinner spots in Singapore, and their NYE offering, A Starlit New Year Gala, is exactly what it sounds like: a four-course dinner with views that’ll make your Instagram followers mildly jealous. Executive Sous Chef Daniel Vaquero, who brings 18 years of Catalan and Spanish culinary experience, is behind the menu.
For starters, you’ll be greeted with a helping of Catalan Suquet Stew, a rich seafood medley with proper Mediterranean depth. For mains, choose between the indulgent 72-Hour Wagyu Oxtail with foie gras port-wine reduction or the Northeast Atlantic Aged Turbot with smoky-sweet leeks. Feeling fancy? Top up $38++ to upgrade your main to a luxurious Boston Lobster Thermidor. The meal ends sweetly with a Genoa Biscuit Parfait featuring red fruit and mascarpone ice cream. Scrumptious.
Vegetarian diners are well catered for too, with specially crafted menus across all festive offerings.
- Price: $128++ (Adults), $38++ (Kids), $54++ for Wine Pairing
- Date: 31 December 2025

Madison’s at Pullman Singapore Hill Street

If your idea of romantic dining involves hearty American comfort food with a New York state of mind, Madison’s NYE’s set dinner hits all the right notes. At $88++ per person, this is one of the more wallet-friendly countdown dinners on our list without skimping on quality.
The four-course menu kicks off with a Prawn Cocktail Stuffed Vine Tomato dressed in spicy dill and cocktail sauce. Next, pick between Wild Mushroom Risotto or Clam Chowder with truffle oil before diving into mains. The Black Angus M3 Beef Tenderloin is the star here, though the Chicken Leg Confit and Pan-Seared Polenta Cake (for vegetarians) are equally satisfying. Each comes with sautéed savoy cabbage, baby potatoes, and signature sauces. Delish.
The location is also more than ideal. Sitting right on Hill Street, you’re close enough to the Marina Bay action to catch fireworks without fighting through the crowds.

Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay

For those who want their New Year’s Eve celebration to feel like an absolute banger, Bread Street Kitchen at Marina Bay Sands is throwing a proper party. Starting from 10pm, the restaurant transforms into a vibrant riverside celebration with live stations, gourmet small plates, and free-flow drinks until midnight strikes.
The menu is quintessentially British with Gordon Ramsay flair. Think Sliced Beef Wellington (It’s raw!) with truffle mash and red wine sauce, Mini Fish and Chips with mushy peas and tartare, and Mini Sunday Roast with Yorkshire pudding. There’s also Mini Lobster Roll with Marie Rose sauce and Beetroot Salmon with chive cream cheese for variety. Yum.
Save room in your tummy for desserts like the Chocolate Tart with hazelnut, Sticky Toffee Pudding with clotted cream, and Lemon Meringue Tartlet. Drinks flow freely with Negroni and Margarita stations, plus free-flowing Champagne as the clock nears midnight.
- Location: Marina Bay Sands

Arbora @ Mount Faber Peak

Fancy a hilltop dining experience without breaking the bank? Arbora’s First Light Feast offers a more casual alternative to its sister restaurant Dusk. The setting remains gorgeous, with spacious greenery in a relaxed garden atmosphere overlooking Harbourfront and Sentosa Island.
Chef Daniel Vaquero’s festive menu here features Tandoori Scallops to start, followed by a hearty Angus Beef Cheek as the centrepiece. The meal wraps up with a Mille-Feuille dessert, those crispy layers of pastry and cream that never fail to satisfy. Mhmm.
- Price: $88++ per adult, $38++ per child
- Date: 31 December 2025
- Location: Mount Faber Peak, 109 Mount Faber Road, Singapore 099203
CUT by Wolfgang Puck

When it comes to fine dining, CUT by Wolfgang Puck is, personally, a cut above the rest (I mean, just look at that steak!). Their three-course feast on 31 December includes a glass of festive champagne to set the mood, and the menu reads like a greatest hits of premium steakhouse dining.
Mains are where CUT truly shines. Choose between the USDA Prime Filet Mignon with Béarnaise (pictured; it’s prepared table side and absolutely scrumptious) or the Pan-Roasted Maine Lobster. Feeling extra indulgent? Add shavings of Périgord black truffles for $40++ per five grams. Seasonal sides like Roasted Butternut Squash with dates, parsley, and sage round out the experience beautifully. Delectable.
The New Year’s Eve desserts here deserve special mention too. The Kaya “Baked Alaska” with coconut cake, pandan ice cream, coconut sorbet, and coffee crumble puts a distinctly local spin on a French classic. A proper way to end your year, if you ask us.
- Price: $298++ per person
- Date: 31 December 2025
- Location: Marina Bay Sands
This is your year, so make it a night to remember
Well, there you go – six options ranging from “treat yoself” to “really treat yoself.” But whatever you pick, the point is you’ll be eating well and spending the night with someone you want to be with. That’s the whole vibe.
Personally, I’ve still got my eye on CUT, but we won’t judge if you go for less pricey option and spend the savings on a good bottle of wine. Actually, that’s kinda smart.
In any case, do book early, dress up a little, and don’t forget to raise a glass when midnight strikes. Here’s to a delicioso start to your new year together!

Frequently asked questions
Why are New Year’s Eve dinner menus usually more expensive than regular fine-dining menus?
Restaurants factor in premium ingredients, special entertainment, extended service hours, and the high demand for limited seatings. The experience often includes extras like champagne, live music, or fireworks views.
Are hotel restaurants better than standalone restaurants for New Year’s Eve dining?
Both have their merits. Hotel restaurants often offer package deals with staycations and proximity to countdown events. Standalone restaurants may provide more intimate settings and unique culinary concepts. It really depends on what experience you’re after.
What should foodie couples look for in a New Year’s Eve tasting menu?
Do look for menus that balance variety with quality, offer wine pairing options, and feature seasonal ingredients. A good tasting menu should tell a story through its courses and include a memorable dessert to end the year on a sweet note.
